چکیده
Spatial channel networks (SCNs) and related key technologies have been proposed to increase the capacity flexibility of optical networks. We define network resource allocation problem in a static SCN as routing, modulation format (MF), spatial lane, spectrum block assignment (RMSSA) try solve it. In this paper, we derive relationship between traffic bit rate, transmission distance channels, MFs SCNs, obtain adoption method MFs. addition, introduce conversion nodes (CNs) into SCNs perform (MFC) for more efficient use resources. Moreover, RMSSA is modeled, heuristic lane minimization based on simulated annealing (LBMSA) algorithm problem. Simulation results show that when throughput small, LBMSA can carry requests with least amount resources maximize utilization. When high, inclined all rather than transmission. also utilization be improved by setting CNs MFC.

. The considered problem of routing and spectrum assignment (RSA) takes into consideration minimizing the length of the transmission distance under spectrum continuity constraints and the relationship between the traffic bitrates and the spectrum bandwidth. The proposed algorithms constitute modifications of the well-known Dijkstra's algorithm. The obtained results show that a significant reduc...

متن کاملSpecial Block Coding for Spatial Modulation
Spatial Modulation is a new technique for Multiple-Input-Multiple Output (MIMO) systems that reduces the complexity of the transceiver and provides high data rate. It uses one or more selected antennas to transmit by utilizing antenna indices as a source of information. Maximum likelihood detector is used to detect the transmitted antenna indices and the transmitted symbol. If either the transm...

Optical Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (O-OFDM) is a novel and attractive modulation technology enabling exible sub-wavelength and super-channel transmission in optical networks. In an OFDM-based optical network with elastic bandwidth provisioning, the problem of Routing and Spectrum Assignment (RSA) emerges. RSA is NP-hard and it can be computationally exhaustive even for small ne...
